VALK is more than a clothing brand. We believe that clothing can say something, show something, and evoke something. From this vision, we offer creative designers a platform and bring exclusive designs to life. The message of faith, hope, and love is what we stand and strive for.

What does VALK stand for?
VALK stands for exclusivity, creativity, and meaning. Each garment tells a story and is released in limited drops.
What makes VALK unique?
Our collections are released in limited editions and are often only produced after being ordered. They are personally printed or embellished and packed. Your order is prepared with the utmost care.
๐ Drops & Availability
What is a drop?
A drop is an exclusive, temporary release of a design. Products are only available for a limited period.
Are items restocked?
No, in principle they are not. Most VALK items are not re-produced. Once a drop closes, the design is definitively sold out.
How are the garments exclusive and unique?
From the very first drop, we started numbering. The edition size is known in advance, and we continue until it is sold out. Every garment is unique because it is hand-printed and also because it has a unique number in the collar. You will receive an authenticity card with your order.
How do I stay informed about new drops?
You can subscribe to the 'Early Access' list and follow us on Instagram and TikTok. This way, you'll be the first to know about new releases and Early Access opportunities.
What is Early Access?
With Early Access, you get exclusive access to a drop before its official launch, often via a password or special link.

How do I place an order?
Select your desired size, add the product to your cart, and complete the payment through our secure checkout.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept common payment methods such as:
- iDEAL
- Credit card
- Bank transfer
- Klarna
I have chosen to pay by bank transfer, where can I transfer my payment to?
Please transfer the total amount to NL10INGB0107735121 in the name of Valk-Label, stating your order number.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because we start processing orders quickly, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed. Please contact us as soon as possible; we are happy to help.
Can I use a discount code?
Yes. If you have a valid discount code, you can enter it during checkout. Only one code can be used per order.
๐ Shipping & Delivery
What is the delivery time?
Since many products are made to order, the average delivery time is approximately 7 business days, unless otherwise stated.
Can I also pick up my order?
Yes, this is always possible by arrangement. Choose this option if it is offered and contact us.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship both within the Netherlands and internationally. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout.
Will I receive a track & trace code?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace code.
What should I do if my order is delayed?
Please contact us by email. We will be happy to help you track your package.

Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unworn and in its original condition.
Can I exchange an item?

Who pays for return shipping costs?
The costs for return shipping are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
When will I receive my refund?
After receipt and approval of the return, the purchase amount will be refunded within 5 business days.
๐ Sizes & Product Information
How does VALK clothing fit?
Our clothing often has a modern or oversized fit. Please consult the size chart on the product page for the correct size.
What if I'm between two sizes?
For a looser fit, we recommend the larger size. If you have any questions, we are happy to help you.
How do I care for my clothes?
For a longer lifespan, we recommend:
- Wash at a maximum of 30ยฐC
- Wash inside out
- Do not tumble dry
- Do not iron directly over the print
How do I read the size chart?
We base the size chart on two measurements: the width of the chest and the length of the shirt from top to bottom.
