At Valk-Label, we strive for quality and satisfied customers. If your order isn't quite right, we're happy to help.

📦 Returns

You can return your order within 14 days of receipt.

Conditions:

The item is unworn and unwashed.
The product is in its original condition.
Labels and packaging are intact.
Items with visible signs of wear will not be accepted.

Upon receipt and approval of the return, the purchase amount will be refunded within 5 business days via the original payment method.

Please note: The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.

🔁 Exchanges

Need a different size? No problem.

Send us an email to request an exchange. Once we have received and approved the returned item, we will ship the replacement product as soon as possible.

As our drops are produced in limited editions, we cannot guarantee the availability of all sizes.
